  Went to get a wax and the woman clearly did not have a clue what she was doing. Used hot wax and couldn't get it off so at one point TOOK HER GLOVE OFF. Awful experience, ended up taking the wax off myself and walking off.

  I went here on Sept 1st for a set of Acrylics, paid €45 for them to begin falling off hours after I had them done!!! The nails were lumpy and the colour wasn't applied properly (you can still see white patches where the sculpted nail is underneath!!) Went back to the shop the following day asking for my money back, to be told it "doesnt work like that" and agreed to have them repaired. I am now left with TWO nails after being told they are supposed to last 5-6weeks!! Left a review on the Facebook page to be told I was "looking for a freebie" and then miraculously the reviews section had been taken off!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
